I love that the shipping was fast. Love the bag but thought it would have more room and the handle kept going down.

The only suggestion I will make, I have a 27 year old Platinum Elite which still looks brand new. I just replaced the wheels, which basically broke apart. I also have a 20 year old Platinum Elite and wheel broke apart as well. There was no convenient Travelpro authorized service center near me so I brought to luggage repair shop. They replaced them with Roller Blade type wheels. They are fantastic. I passed both carry-ons to my sons for business travel and purchased me a new Platinum Elite carry-on for short trips. Thanks Eric
