Excellent 1st impression in terms of purchase and shipping and reception. Felt like I received my order quickly and well packaged! Maaayyybbbeee trim down the number of emails from confirming my order to shipping progress to delivery confirmation to review requests (UPS also notifies me of delivery progress so this is kinda redundant). Nevertheless, I am a fan!
