Avec's have helped me cut down on my drinking because they are delicious and complex and have ZERO chemical flavor. I'm on the search for a replacement but am not hopeful as nothing has come close to the high quality, natural flavors in Avec.

Terrible service

Poor customer service... Although I do love the Yuzu-Lime, I ordered directly through the Avec website hoping it would benefit this small business by not ordering it through Amazon. I was partially shipped the wrong items and have sent two emails (as there is not a phone number) to ask that the situation be corrected. It has been over a week and a half and I have yet to hear from someone on the customer service team.

even if the product is good if the shipping and customer service sucks, you're not going to succeed in business sadly

I love all the flavors and it is a great alternative to drinking spirits.

I’m torn with the review. It took a month to receive my product, with absolutely no updates or communication from Avec. I reached out 4 times and even messaged them on Instagram and never got a response. They don’t have a phone number. I’m enjoying their drinks, but I don’t trust making a future order due to their lack of customer service.

Will never order from this company again. Don’t respond to emails and product doesn’t arrive. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

Spent $100 on my order and didn’t receive it for over a month. Sent 6 emails that no one ever responded to. Tried to call only to find out the phone number is disconnected. Finally reported the company to the BBB and then my order shipped a week later. Would never purchase from this company again. Still haven’t heard anything from customer service.

One of the cans exploded during shipping. I reached out to get a replacement and never heard back from anybody. Aside from the shipping problems, the flavors were a little hit or miss for me. They are billed as drink alone or drink mixers, but I don’t think there’s enough flavor in some of them to hold up against alcohol.
