Great quality, delivery was easy and very well packed/protected. Teak quality and workmanship awesome. Have previously purchased Gloster and Barlow Tyrie, teak quality even better with KB. Delivery timeframe was accurate and I was kept up to date by AuthenTEAK. Overall great purchase experience and very pleased with KB chair and ottoman.
