Great service

The umbrella I picked had a valance to it, which took a little bit longer to order, but it came very quick. I have not put it up as yet as the base is in good condition, but I do want to move it somewhere else.

The website is lovely, and while searching for the item that I needed was challenging, ordering it was simple and it arrived rather quickly. I do not appreciate the no return policy though it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever

I haven't received the cushions. In fact, AuthenTeak did not inform me of a three month wait for delivery until at least two weeks after I plavced my order nd paid for it. This is enormously frustrating and IO think the company should be more forthright when customers place orders.

The protective chair cover fits the rocking chair perfectly, It protects the chair from rain. It is easy to put on and to remove.
