I love the product but was very unhappy with the delivery process. I found it very stressful. The first chair came damaged and I was so upset that I had to take a full day off from work. The second delivery did not call me to let me know when the item was being delivered. So they left the item on my front yard. I was praying it was not damaged as you have a policy to be present to view the product. Luckily it was in fine shape. I do not think I will ordering anything else anytime soon.
