I love the product but was very unhappy with the delivery process. I found it very stressful. The first chair came damaged and I was so upset that I had to take a full day off from work. The second delivery did not call me to let me know when the item was being delivered. So they left the item on my front yard. I was praying it was not damaged as you have a policy to be present to view the product. Luckily it was in fine shape. I do not think I will ordering anything else anytime soon.

These are top quality long lasting Chaise Lounge. The price was good and the service was superb! They arrived sooner than expected and they were really easy to put together. I did a lot of research looking for these Jensen Chaise Loungers online and AuthenTEAK website was my choice and it was the right choice. Highly recommend the customer service and quality product from AuthenTEAK.

The bench we received is beautiful, but the custom cushion we ordered with it arrived about a month later with fraying fabric that was dislodging from around the zipper. Emailed customer service about this issue weeks ago and have heard nothing from the company in response. Not one for leaving negative reviews, but I’m not sure how else to get their attention.

I ordered a replacement frame for a canopy that I had after my original frame was damaged in a storm. The first frame I ordered was damaged. The company (Cindy) worked with me to document the problem and get another frame. They were very helpful.

Great service

The umbrella I picked had a valance to it, which took a little bit longer to order, but it came very quick. I have not put it up as yet as the base is in good condition, but I do want to move it somewhere else.

Have Barlow Tyrie Teak Furniture that was purchased at Harrods in 1974. Clean and Oil it usually once a year. BT teak oil easy to apply with paint brush.
