Shipping was poor as the shipping company disregarded the multiple signs on the box and stood the product upside down. This damaged the metal tubing. This is not the manufacturer's fault, rather the shipping company's fault. My one beef with the company is they include zero instructions for installing the end cap and for operating the tilt mechanism. I still haven't figured this out.

I love the product but was very unhappy with the delivery process. I found it very stressful. The first chair came damaged and I was so upset that I had to take a full day off from work. The second delivery did not call me to let me know when the item was being delivered. So they left the item on my front yard. I was praying it was not damaged as you have a policy to be present to view the product. Luckily it was in fine shape. I do not think I will ordering anything else anytime soon.

These are top quality long lasting Chaise Lounge. The price was good and the service was superb! They arrived sooner than expected and they were really easy to put together.
