Great customer service from the Queen Street store in Toronto. I didn't go down to the store but talking with the person on the phone. He was very pleasant and courteous. I had phoned twice to ask questions. Thank you for your help.

I currently own seven pairs of Blundstones. One pair started cracking at the toe even though I took good care of them. Another pair cracked deeply in the sole, so I discarded them. Not a great track record. Warranty assistant said it was wear and tear. I contacted them only regarding one pair of boots and twice received written correspondence from Laura, the warranty manager, who communicated that the boots were not defective and I would not receive any assistance in even a partial credit or a replacement. Not a good track record when two out of my eight boots that cost well over $200 experienced different problems and customer support was unhelpful . Very disappointed in Blundstones’ apathy toward a loyal customer.

I just bought the lug sole in black. The fit is perfect and very comfortable with added bounce to every step. I have the classic 585 which I already love because of the comfort and functionality, but the lug sole I feel like I can stand and walk for hours with no issues. The staff were amazing and very attentive. I'm glad I went to 698 queen street west store.

Yonge Street store was fabulous. Kind, patient and very knowledgeable staff. Can't have enough Blundstones.

Just got back from the Queen Street, Toronto store. Ryan and Joshua were incredibly patient, kind and provided great advice for me a guy from the Caribbean who needed to invest in a good pair of boots! Thanks, I look forward to visiting again!

What a Treat! Haven’t been shopping since the beginning of COVID. Everyone at your Queen Street store was great! Nothing was too much. No eyes were rolled. No attitude! The Glerups are like say hello to an old friend.

It is refreshing to deal with a business that truly cares about the customer first! In today's world, I find it takes days to get responses. Not the case here, Casey was very quick to respond to my emails and was more than helpful, going above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction. Great job and will recommend your business to everyone!

Being of a few advanced years and longing for a pair of Blundstones for the longest time, I finally bought a pair when my tax refund covered the price. My wife wife who has been a keen biker all her life managed to get me to go for a ride with her. It was a lovely day and we set off. Nowhere, the number of times I have been on a motorbike in my life can be counted on one hand. After just a few minutes I felt a burning sensation in my right foot. Thinking this could be a normal feeling due to the angle my foot was placed I adjusted my position and all was good until a couple of minutes later when it started to happen again. We pulled into a gas station for gas and when I checked out my shoe, I couldn't believe what I saw. My foot had been on the exhaust pipe which was burning hot. Not the foot pedal. One part was just about melted right through. My Blundstones unfortunately did not survive but they did save my foot from serious injury due to it's quality and sturdy sole. My shoe is a right off but my foot survived. Amazing and fantastic workmanship. So if you have any requests for a left brown boot size 4 - I Have one!!! This is the burnt boot. 😒 cannot add the picture. Sorry Just thought you would be interested in the lengths people go to to test the shoes.😁

That Australian Boots Store is great. The owner & employees are so much friendly. The boots are marvellous, extra comfortable & great in wearing 👍😀.
