I have repeatedly emailed au Naturale Cosmetics with no response from anyone. I attempted to chat online with no one assisting me after 40 minutes except the bot at the beginning saying she would find the best person to help me out. As a long time customer it’s completely disappointing to not receive a reply to my three emails or my two chat attempts. This is completely unprofessional.

Awesome customer service! They felt an order was delayed in getting to me (I was okay with it, but maybe I'm an outlier lol) and included a free lip gloss and a gift card. Then when I had issues redeeming the gift card, they were prompt and helpful in responding to me. Recommend!

I switched from Bare Minerals to this powder because the coverage is AMAZING!!!! It covers like a concealer which I love. I docked a star because: 1)The lid this comes with is just dumb. It's not flat like every other lid that comes with a lose powder, so you cant buff your brush into the powder. I have to use the lid from my Ilia finishing powder. 2)I have to mix Mumbai and Punalau to get my color. They need to increase their shade ranges, seriously! 3)The model photo references are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY OFF for dark skin. Like, comically off. Go look at the photo for the shade Cali and ask yourself if thats the right shade for the model they chose. 4)When I emailed them about the lid issue I got no response which means they got in their feelings and can't accept honest feedback.

Au Natural cosmetics is my new favorite makeup line. Not only is everything natural. . . . no metals. . . . and vegan. . . . the colors are great!

I had to return my order because of unexpectedly high import fees that were not mentioned at the time of purchase. The return process turned out to be quite complicated — it took around two months to sort things out with DHL and the company, as there was no tracking number for the return and at one point no one knew exactly where my parcel was. However, once Au Natural Cosmetics finally received the package, they promptly processed my refund. Despite the delay, they proved to be a trustworthy company that honours their customers and ensures issues are resolved fairly. I recommend being aware of possible customs/import charges before ordering internationally, but I can confirm that Au Natural Cosmetics is a reliable and honest brand.

Great service. The items were late and so they sent me a gift card in the delivery without me saying anything! Very classy.

I’ve contacted customer service twice about this problem. There is no way to advance the crayon tip so that it can be sharpened. There is a soft plastic cap on the opposite end of the crayon and when it’s removed, there is just a hole and no way to advance the tip of the crayon. Please advise.

Absolutely in love with this concealer! If there's a better natural product that doesn't break you out, works with your skin tone, and feels like you're wearing nothing, I haven't found it.
