I have repeatedly emailed au Naturale Cosmetics with no response from anyone. I attempted to chat online with no one assisting me after 40 minutes except the bot at the beginning saying she would find the best person to help me out. As a long time customer it’s completely disappointing to not receive a reply to my three emails or my two chat attempts. This is completely unprofessional.

Awesome customer service! They felt an order was delayed in getting to me (I was okay with it, but maybe I'm an outlier lol) and included a free lip gloss and a gift card. Then when I had issues redeeming the gift card, they were prompt and helpful in responding to me. Recommend!
