Non-existent customer service support and inaccurate description of the product. Be aware, the product is white, not a light beige/ ivory as indicated on the website. The product does not minimize pores. In fact, it does the opposite.

Overall really good! Very pigmented, is easy to put on the lips, and is actually pretty long lasting. It can be a bit drying and pills if you try to build it up. Would be nice to see some darker shades - would definitely buy again if there were darker shades!
