I wear hearing aids and I changed the ear pads with Dekoni over the ear. The eliminated feed back and improved the sound stage. The new Grado 80x is better then my other pair of Grado sr80. Much better than the rubber feet. They don't go through carpet & padding all the way but still much sturdier. Price is too high. I bought Demo ones at a much lower price. Like all the Demo stuff I bought from AA they are like new, perfect.
