I bought a streamer and needed help doing a setup step that I thought should be very straight forward and easy. After hours of struggle I called AA for help and they said they couldn't offer any advice. I've been a customer since the early '90s but won't buy again from a company that won't even try to support a product it sells.

I interacted with customer service and with Jay from sales and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Audio Advisor is excellent. Fast delivery, excellent email updates and communication. Quality part. Was difficult to get the front down low enough into the machined hole on the plinth closest to the platter to insure the platter completely clears it while spinning. However, with gentle pressure, I got it. Now all I need is the actual Little Fwend lift to mount to it and test it out!

Setup was easy and it worked fine with a Thorens TD-165. But I also bought one for a friend who has a Pioneer PL-10 (not totally sure if that’s the exact model, but it’s the super common one), and it wasn’t compatible — the Pioneer’s tone arm doesn’t have enough clearance to fit the Cue Up even at its lowest setting. So before you order, see if you can dig up compatibility info. Also, I have an extra if anyone needs one ;-)
