shipping was fine don't love fedex and the order got split up it wasn't clear how many packages there were in the order but everything made it and the wait was not too bad even with no expedited shipping.

Good shipping and customer service was very helpful with a question.

I love the product, but the installation is very tricky. I have installed these curtains three different times, and each time has proved to be difficult. The problem is getting the screw in the wall and being able to back out/unscrew the tool provided. It always gets stuck, which means the whole screw comes out. I always end up wrapping cloth around the screw and arduously using a set of vice grips to twist it a quarter turn at a time.

Good follow up and answering my questions about what I was having problems with and how they could help with their products.
