Shipping is timely and products are well-packaged. The website does a good job of representing the products as pictured based on the 8 samples I’ve ordered. On that note, the samples are pricey. The concrete style is the only one I found to look inaccurate. I reached out to customer service a couple times via email and once by phone, It took several days to receive a response via email and they were somewhat helpful. After calling a few times, I was only able to reach someone once and they were not particularly helpful. I was asking for design advice for a large 21’x24’ wall and wanted custom design recommendations or assistance selecting color combinations. They do not have anyone that does this so I had to order several samples and create my own design.

I have used audimute sheets for years, from a private teaching studio to a college-affiliated community music program. Excellent product at an incredibly reasonable price. All hardware is included, and they are super easy to install. I use the basic sheets and while the sound isn't eliminated, it is dampened to a level where we can have simultaneous lessons in neighboring rooms with no distraction, and the sound inside the room is still bright enough to judge the performance.
