Good shipping and customer service was very helpful with a question.

I love the product, but the installation is very tricky. I have installed these curtains three different times, and each time has proved to be difficult. The problem is getting the screw in the wall and being able to back out/unscrew the tool provided. It always gets stuck, which means the whole screw comes out. I always end up wrapping cloth around the screw and arduously using a set of vice grips to twist it a quarter turn at a time.

Good follow up and answering my questions about what I was having problems with and how they could help with their products.

The 2 products really cancel the noise -- but the standard panel did not fit my door.

Audimute reduced overhead foot-fall vibration between floors. Easy install for smooth flat finish. Audimute gave a luxurious feel to retro-fit vinyl plank floor.

Not sure about the product or if it will work for us. We are holding onto the panels until we make a decision.
