I decided to order the LCD-X Headphones directly from their website. After submitting the order I immediately realized that my billing address was correct, but the shipping address had mistakenly been automatically set to an old address by my browser, far from where I meant to have them shipped. I looked for an option to correct this mistake on the website but there wasn't one, so I sent an email to Audeze support. Unfortunately, the Headphones had already been sent out via UPS, who sent me an email instructing me to pay them an extra 550. 00 for some sort of "fees" (on top of the shipping cost). I had a lot of communication problems with both UPS and Audeze and my stress levels were high as I tried to patiently wait for someone to help me solve what could have been a very easy problem to avoid if only there was a way to correct the order address sooner. To try to make a long story short, Tim and Lily from Audeze came through in the end and I got my headphones with no other hassles, and took care of shipping and returning the first order, so a big thanks to both of them! Also, UPS is terrible. PS: Please update the website to allow for east order cancelation and address corrections! Love the Headphones so far!

Headphones were purchased after original Audeze headphones faded after years of extended use. Son was so excited to get these (expecting a lesser brand/quality). Sound is exceptional. Specialized for Xbox - taking gaming to the next level. Would definitely buy again

The Maxwell headphones are phenomenal.

It's a very good headphone! Incredible sound quality and potency. My feedbacks and sugestions are: It could be a little lighter. It's weight is unconfortable. The pads become too warm after 30 min using it, and become really unconfortable. Beside the temperature, the pads could also be a little more confortable. It's general appearance is not really beautiful. . . it could be better. If possible, it could also be a little thinner, it's a little "weird" to be used in the gym, for example. Looks like one of those that the airplane pilots use. It should come with a case or, at least, have a specific case for sale to fit it, as it's larger than the regular ones. It could also come with two dongles, one for the console and other for the pc! No problem if it would increase a few bucks on the price. Well, those are my suggestions/recomendatios. Thanks.

Great product at a fantastic price.

These are the best headphones I’ve ever put on my head. They are super plush with the cushioning and not super heavy for hours of use. I would recommend getting the left and right mini XLR to 4. 4 mm jack because the stock cable that terminates to full size XLR is just too cumbersome. Otherwise these are fantastic headphones and I’m glad I got them.
