Great products, shipping wasn’t as quick as I expected.

Received the product I originally wanted in great condition but was processed a refund for the 2nd item a week after placing my order without an explanation, I would order again but would appreciate more communication if an item has become unavailable.

I still havnt got my parcel, says its ment to be deliverd on the 14th of June and still hasn’t come. I have been waiting for messages and emails and still havnt got anything about when its going to be deliverd

My order is taken so long to get to me. How can I write a review when I don't have my products yet. Not happy

I’m very unhappy because I haven’t received the product and it’s been two weeks so I don’t know how I can review it

Disappointed with my purchase, poor communication and then one of the products was unavailable so they just refunded. I have already waited a week and it hasn’t even been shipped

Ordered about two weeks ago, they said they were closed for the long weekend and that was around two weeks ago then I get a notification for a partial refund on item they have no stock of but advertised. Order from any other site just never this one it is very unprofessional and very obviously ran by young woman with no clue.

I still haven't received anything, the delivery takes forever.

The website was easy to use and navigate, there was a good choice of products and my order was delivered in a reasonable time

I still have not received my package. The original delivery date was meant to be around 12 June. Then again an email saying that they are having a short break and that it will be expected delivery for 20 June. However the Australian Post app says that nothing has been sent yet. I am unsure if I’m ever gonna be getting this package.
