Online store was great product a scam

It took longer than it did and the product is absolute garbage. It’s given me red rash under my eyes. I’m so sick and tired of buying products that they say “it’s the best. It works so good” just more money wasted

Got an email on the 21st confirming my order had been shipped then another email on the 29th saying one of my products is out of stock and I have been refunded. Still haven’t received my order.
