The customer service team at Sheet Society have been so amazing to deal with - enabling an exchange, holding onto the exchanged item for two weeks so that we could move house and have the new product arrive at the new house. . . it was so refreshing to deal with human beings who were able to use their own initiative to solve problems. As for the quilt cover - it looks amazing!!!

Disappointed with my bamboo fitted sheets. Sheet society is my absolute go to for all sheets and bedding as I love the deep snug fitted sheet but unfortunately these are way too baggy for the bed so look messy and keep coming off!

Quality products!

I'm very annoyed it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received any update for shipping. What brought me to put this review is that the website is not at all making it easy to reach customer service for some reasons. I clicked to talk to someone but it doesn't take me anywhere. I'm also not allowed to edit my oder except for the page is shown for a sec only to refresh on its own to my order, the only option is to "buy again". I haven't purchased anything only for many years, now I remember the reason why. Quicker and less headache buying from offline shops.

Lovely, soft sateen cotton fabric, pre-washed and ready for the bed! The mint color is perfect—not too bright. The pillow covers feature piping around the edges, a nice quality touch.

Shipping and service have been amazing - delivery within expected time and fuss-free website.
