I ordered my ruggable and it was packed and delivered with care. Updated emails on the creation process and expected delivery date were appreciated.

I never know what to expect with companies I find online, but now all of the rugs in my house are Ruggable and are beautiful! Since I only purchased these within the past several weeks, I have not attempted to wash them, but have high hopes.

Shipping could have been faster but all in all a good experience.
