This is a game changer when it comes to turning the pizza. The peel’s small size allows you to lift one side of the pizza, while it is still in the oven, and, with a series of short but swift flick, rotate the pizza to ensure it is fully cooked on all sides. While this takes a bit of practice, the results are amazing. Great addition to my pizza cooking arsenal.

Love the Ooni Volt2. The pizzas turn out perfectly in 90 seconds. I rarely have to turn the pizzas through the cooking process as it cooks so evenly. Great with a crowd too as you can turn pizzas out in no time. The biggest hurdle is making the dough, but I can buy it from my local pizzeria at a pinch and still make great pizzas.

Great pan. I have used it two times so far and excellent results. Only downside is that the medium pan barely fits in my karu 2 oven. The sides of the pan touch/scratch the oven interior, and the pan is hard to remove. Would be worth saying on the website, if I had known I would have bought the smaller pan.

The appliance was well packed and arrived quickly. The company is easy to deal with.

Answered all of our question Before purchase and made the decision easy. Just one issue, your web & Facebook page is mainly for the pizza ovens, even the recipes for Pizza dough don't use the Ooni Spiral for mixing. Maybe have a little more about the Spiral mixer and some recipes that are not sourdough.
