Customer service is absolute garbage. Hung up on me twice and the third time I just gave up. Hard enough trying to get someone on the phone in the first place. I will not be doing future business with this company I’d rather pay more elsewhere.

Good afternoon to everyone, I normally don’t take time out to do this kind of thing, but I LIKE to give credit where credit is due. Let’s start off by saying thank you for your prompt and fast shipping/ and service. I’ve never order a sxs part and had it delivered in 2.5 days like with your company. Granted there was a weekend involved but those are off days. I placed my order Friday am and package was at my door step Tuesday. That’s customer service!! 👊👊👊 I’ve yet to get to speak to anyone who works here but rest assured this won’t be my last purchase with your company and hopefully I get the honor to speak to someone. Cannot contact the supplier for addition parts for brake pads, I need the bolts which secure the pads Mind are rusted and cannot remove them. I guess I will have to drill them out
