The whole process was super easy. I appreciated the videos that explained each product in detail-the proof turnaround time was very quick, the affordability was amazing, and the shipment actually arrived a day early. I can’t say enough great things about Atomic Disc!!

High scores all around. Very skilled crew. They knew exactly what I was requesting and delivered beyond all my expectations. Their price for the work, comparable to other companies, was much better than others as well. They were punctual with completing the project I had for them and every aspect of the work was done with precision and an obvious knowledge that these folks know what they're doing.

I had neglected a few things after submitting my CD cover and I was emailed and followed up multiple times until the issue was resolved. I have a very busy schedule so I super appreciated the patience and persistence to remedy the issues! Very informative and on top of their communication!

I made the mistake of ordering Digipak Lites -- they are the WORST -- super-flimsy packaging that does not hold up to wear and tear over time. It was too late to correct the order, so I then had to order an additional 100 proper Digipaks without discs, and will now need to order additional discs. I felt bad about filling the pre-orders with the lame Digipak Lites, but I had no choice. A month later, I am still waiting for the new packaging. I might use some of the original run for promos, but most of the Digipak Lite packaging will be landfill-bound. Also, the only option for 2CD sets are Digipak Lites, and that is disappointing. It was my mistake, but trying to fix it has not been easy. Emails and voicemails disappear into the ether, never to get a response. All in all, my current projects are costing me more than anticipated. Will consider other options in future.

The service was easy to complete entirely online. I already had my music files mastered and ready to go, so it helps to be prepared. I was a little less sure about my art files, because I'm not a professional designer. But I knew what I wanted it to look like and the template was easy to follow. I'm very happy with the final product and people are enjoying it.
