Great customer service and fast shipping.

David and Jackie were great. I had left a message to ask about a inframe kit and David called me back. He spent time on the phone with me to answer all questions that I had without hesitation. Jackie handled the shipping part. She called to verify my address and once we found that carrier couldn't deliver to my house unless I paid an extra $300 she came up with some options for me to go pick it up at a FedEx facility. She provided tracking and even was able to answer a question about some product content as I was on my way to get the kit.
