Never recieved the gift card to gift my father for Christmas. Was charged in my bank account. Customer care is difficult to reach.

I heart APL

These are great shoes, let that be known. I get compliments on them all the time. But as someone who previously owned the TechLoom Zipline and would sell my firstborn to have a lifetime supply, these shoes kind of disappointed me. They squeak when you walk, the inner stitching starts to fray a month in, soon the laces decide to do the same, and the sole is nowhere near as comfortable as their other shoes. Are they lightyears better than anything else on the market? Of course. But if I’m going to pay big money, I expect big results, and I sadly don’t feel I got that from these.

One footbed straight up was miscut and didn’t fit inside the shoe correctly, making for a very uncomfortable fit. The materials felt cheap. The sole was completely treadless and would’ve been quickly worn down. I am sad about this because I have been really looking forward to getting these for a while now.
