I reached out to customer service they told DHL CONFIRMED DELIVERY, it was not even tracked by DHL the tracking number was with UPS. They offered replacement or store credit. I wrote back that I needed the shoes for specific raise and had to rush a go buy another pair so I would like a refund and I have now been ghosted.

Shipping payment is great Crowd favourite tends to be out of stock not so fabulous

I ordered a half size up from my usual size after reading reviews. Shoe fits nicely but my toe is absolutely at the end of shoe. Need two hands to put on. Very comfortable for walking.

Very similar to the original line… overshadowed by the Wave!
