Very efficient website, ordering process,
Very efficient website, ordering process, communication. Quick shipping. I had to exchange the XL for an L because they are cut way big. The first one came in a garment box with careful brown wrapping around the jacket. The second came in a normal box, which, luckily, I opened very carefully with my Spyderco knife. No warning at all. If I had cut deeper, I would have ruined the jacket and made it impossible for me to return. Not best practices.

After ordering and returning 4 other parkas from “bigger” brands, I took a gamble never having heard of AF. Decided to keep this one based on quality, look, fit, etc. Love pretty much everything about it as it just checks the most boxes compared to others. I’m 6’5” 215 and the XL fits perfect

Parka is amazing, vest fits weird
When I first wore my parka in below zero temps I couldn't believe how comfortable I was. Never more will I suffer in the cold - this parka makes me want to do things outside because I know I can do them comfortably! The vest on the other hand fits very oddly. I got a women's large (I am about 170 lbs) and it fits around the waist but is enormous on top. I'll keep it because it's super warm but won't ever wear it zipped up.

Winter Parka
Really great coat except after having to wash it (and following the site’s instructions), the insulation became clumped and redistributing has been a challenge. Would recommend removing the coat as “machine washable”
