Great experience online and in the Stockholm store.

I had some issues with a return. In the end they were resolved, but the process was very stressful. Their mails were not arriving and it lead to some serious misunderstandings and trust issues. (No, they were not in my spam). The live chat was good and they always answered, although it is incredibly unstable and I had to restart and refresh again and again, and again. I think it might have been an accident as with my second order everything went smoothly.

Bought in Stockholm shop. Always very helpful staff!

Shipment was really fast and great. The only thing i would improve is quality checks of clothes.

Big note on sizing however, I believe it runs small. I usually wear S/M but this M is more on the fitted size on me. If you have broader shoulders or go to the gym you may need to size up, for a more relaxed fit. It is unfortunate the L size doesn't come with a shorter length (maybe for future asket? ;)
