Shockingly, despite Asket claiming on your website that exchanges are free, apparently not when wanting to get slim replaced with regular chinos. I thought that the broader sizing options offered was one of the pillars of the brand. So I had to contact customer support and all to get this settled and they said it's a returns system gap. Such unnecessary friction!

Shipping is alright. Prices have risen and quality is much poorer. I am a Customer for several years now, so I can compare the pieces. Still have my first piece which is much better than contemporary stuff.

I appreciate that the customer service was polite throughout the process, but I expected more from a premium brand. After receiving three pairs from the same batch with the same defect, I was asked to visit the store and look for a different batch myself, instead of ASKET investigating the issue and ensuring I received a defect-free pair.
