Had to chase twice to get the order sent through

I have bought from Artsy before, and received my order quickly. Ordering is an easy process. However, this time the order took a very long time to arrive - nearly four weeks. As it was for a birthday present, I was disappointed that it arrived so late. I had no email from Artsy so had to contact them twice myself to ask for an explanation.

Always received well packaged, you do have to remember that these are normally made to order so to allow a little extra time if you are buying to give as a present. You are kept informed when it has been dispatched and delivered.

After almost 2 months I still haven’t received my order and no one from the support team’s responding! And now you’ve sent me an email to review my order? Are you kidding me?

Nice enough tee, but the print isn't as large, or as vibrant, as the pic on the website. Also the tee fabric isn't to the same standard as usual. Bit disappointed but it's an OK item.

Easy to buy and speedy delivery.

Took over 3 weeks to be delivered. Not impressed with the product. Feels low quality and printing looks different from web site. Does not stand out.

It takes a few days than most places to receive items being a small company offering individual designs but you are kept up to date. Items are well wrapped. I am happy with the service.
