Beta site issue, they followed up with phone call
I had a bit of technical issue when ordering a couple gaskets for a shotgun magazine/barrel clamp; found the product but when I paid for it, I got a screen full of code. Logged on to my checking account, saw the pending transaction. Checked my email, had a order number, so I'm thinking no problem. A few weeks went by and I thought nothing of it until I got a call from Arnzen that my order just came in (apparently said technical issue with the beta site) and they'll waive the shipping. Not many people follow up with a phone call, so good on Arnzen for that. Since I'm in CA and not exactly rich, I'll still give Arnzen preferred vendor (aka "look here first") status if/when I need more firearm-related goodies.
