Very happy with order process, tracking and delivery. Tracking and progress Information is excellent. Very happy with the cover for the iPad 10th and the holder. Great that my 10 year ? old iPad 2 armor-x cover also fits on new the holder. And the new cover fits also on the old holder. That‘s how it should be. Thanks.

When I'm on the go in my personal vehicle or traveling (bus, airline, etc. ) it gives me a hands-free ability to continue to get my work done.

Awesome product, awesome service

Tax was not included during checkout, so i had to paid it with additional service fee by the parcel delivery company, This was not communicated clearly during checkout

I purchased the ZXS-SS-X610 protective case for my Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ and found the hand strap extremely useful. It allowed me to give talks without needing a table and to comfortably use the tablet while walking. Unfortunately, the kickstand (integrated into the handle) broke—likely due to the weight of the tablet. Since the product was still under warranty, I contacted Armor-X and asked whether it would be possible to receive, instead of the same model, a tablet mount compatible with a tripod (as I already use one for my phone). To my surprise, they went above and beyond: I received not only a brand-new replacement case (with hand strap), but also a complete tablet tripod (X111T). I’m now using the strap when moving around, and the tripod has been a game changer for online meetings while working on my computer, for small group discussions around a table, and even for scanning long documents. I’m very grateful to Armor-X for their outstanding customer support!

Very good communication with the staff

The case is well designed and fits snugly on this tablet. There is a problem however, the tablet will not Orient correctly in all applications for the kickstand to operate properly. So I was able to remove the kickstand adhesive layer and mount remove some debris that was left on it and reapply it 180° rotation. In this process, I was actually able to slowly apply the existing adhesive and roll out air bubbles such that it was better attached than it was originally. So it works now in portrait and landscape in the direction that all of the apps present correctly. Knowing this I ordered a second case so that I had a spare case for this device and I enjoyed the mount functionality so well I'm going to apply it to a different tablet case for a TCL 10 inch tab Gen 4. This case and mount presents a different use case then the portfolio style it makes it really easy to put in one hand and then use it as you walk or sit or stand. With the neck or shoulder strap it can hang at your side as you walk around working on tasks. This gives me a good option with the original case as a sitting watching or reading mode and using the armor x case for walking or moving applications.

Had an issue with a shipping tariff, but it was handled quickly with no cost to me. Excellent service!

Good quality, items are as advertised, fast delivery

Good experiense with company

Even I had to pay the customs, you paid me half of it back.

always good quality and the best logistics to get to me

I have to admit I was sceptical with the low price, thinking they were going to be low quality. I was dead wrong. I use those ear buds everyday in place of my very expensive Bose ear buds. I can't talk for the other products you have but those two that I purchased are well made. Good job!

It's great so far . I may even purchase more accessories.

The delivery was excellent and was still cheeper than buying it at a local retailer in Sweden even thou I had express delivery. and had to pay import duties. I ordered the wrong Heavy-Duty Strong Suction Cup Mount that fitted a mobile phone instead of the tablet and was contacted sales to check that I got the correct one so very good service.

Great

Love my Google phone cover

Very well designed. Works perfectly, snug around my lenovo tablet. The quick release mechanism to switch stands works amazing. Looking forward to getting more.

Very pleased with the service

I work in the airline maintenance field, and my daily job routine has me working in all kinds of weather. My company issued ipad case failed to keep my ipad protected from the rain. Fortunately I discovered Armor-X website to help with my need for a better case. I purchased the MXK-A14S. It had all the features I needed. Out of the box the case looks impressive compared to my company issued Otter case the Armor-X case is 10x better. Immediately I know this case was designed seriously be waterproof by how the case halves must be pressed firmly together in order to establish a complete seal. The case fits my ipad like a glove! the gaps are minimized. Even the screen membrane mates firmly to the screen insuring positive touch responses. On the back side of the case their mount design is excellent. It looks tactical and professional stand-like. The hand strap is simple and uses heavy duty velcro. I purchased the shoulder strap and it clips on to the mount base like an AR-15 rifle strap. I can adjust the strap to have the ipad hanging at my side or ready at chest height location. The feel of the case is light and not bulky like the Otter case I used or other cheap versions that have on my personal ipad. A small design detail I like is the cover for the charging port, it was made to do the job of keeping water out! When I did the 10 minute water test, and put a piece of tissue paper inside the case in place of my ipad. The tissue paper stay absolutely dry. The have a few concerns about the case. 1) The mount base that is attached to the membrane on the backside of the case is not bonded, but secured with double-sided adhesive tape. 2) The case is 95 percent high quality plastic, will it hold well using the mount accessories to attach to a vehicle? Overall my confidence in my Armor-X ipad case is 100 percent. As for shipping performance in getting my order to my location in short time. I recommend buying the accelerated shipping service. I chose the Free shipping and my or...
