Shipping took long, but this was because of a national holiday. After shipping was comfirmed everything went really well. Sadly 1 of the items did not fit my phone, but due to import costs (€10 for administration, while the costs were €0,50) I decided to just use it. Seller has been really nice in contact about the products and in answering my questions though!

Awesome product, awesome service

Tax was not included during checkout, so i had to paid it with additional service fee by the parcel delivery company, This was not communicated clearly during checkout

I purchased the ZXS-SS-X610 protective case for my Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ and found the hand strap extremely useful. It allowed me to give talks without needing a table and to comfortably use the tablet while walking. Unfortunately, the kickstand (integrated into the handle) broke—likely due to the weight of the tablet. Since the product was still under warranty, I contacted Armor-X and asked whether it would be possible to receive, instead of the same model, a tablet mount compatible with a tripod (as I already use one for my phone). To my surprise, they went above and beyond: I received not only a brand-new replacement case (with hand strap), but also a complete tablet tripod (X111T). I’m now using the strap when moving around, and the tripod has been a game changer for online meetings while working on my computer, for small group discussions around a table, and even for scanning long documents. I’m very grateful to Armor-X for their outstanding customer support!

Very good communication with the staff

The case is well designed and fits snugly on this tablet. There is a problem however, the tablet will not Orient correctly in all applications for the kickstand to operate properly. So I was able to remove the kickstand adhesive layer and mount remove some debris that was left on it and reapply it 180° rotation. In this process, I was actually able to slowly apply the existing adhesive and roll out air bubbles such that it was better attached than it was originally. So it works now in portrait and landscape in the direction that all of the apps present correctly. Knowing this I ordered a second case so that I had a spare case for this device and I enjoyed the mount functionality so well I'm going to apply it to a different tablet case for a TCL 10 inch tab Gen 4. This case and mount presents a different use case then the portfolio style it makes it really easy to put in one hand and then use it as you walk or sit or stand. With the neck or shoulder strap it can hang at your side as you walk around working on tasks. This gives me a good option with the original case as a sitting watching or reading mode and using the armor x case for walking or moving applications.

Had an issue with a shipping tariff, but it was handled quickly with no cost to me. Excellent service!

I have to admit I was sceptical with the low price, thinking they were going to be low quality. I was dead wrong. I use those ear buds everyday in place of my very expensive Bose ear buds. I can't talk for the other products you have but those two that I purchased are well made. Good job!
