My 6 year old chews on this when he is in big crowds, at school, or just in places where he gets nervous or anxious. It keeps him from chewing his nails or his shirt. I love the product. He has pointed out more that he wants.

Customer service fixed my problem right away!

One of the necklaces broke within the first 24hrs. At the same time I can see that a parent would not want the necklace to be unbreakable with it hanging around a kids neck. The connector piece was a little less strong that I would want it. We are using the products as therapy tools, so we are happy to have access to them. The pencil topper has been the most practical for our family.
