My son had started chewing on his shirts and these were recommended. My son took to them right away and prefers the soft or medium strength ones. The first day he used one of the necklaces, he managed to break it and render it unusable. The customer service provided was fantastic-- they replied quickly, shipped a replacement at no cost to me, and offered advice about how my child could be most successful with these items.

I love the different types of chewelry offered! My wife got a soft ring, but wished she had gotten the medium strength hot pink one, as the magenta one is too soft for her. It's very squeaky when chewed on as well, but everything else is great! I love your products!!!

My child really enjoys his chew necklace and I have definitely noticed a reduction in other unsafe chewing behaviors since introducing the necklace. We did notice that he was able to bite off a small edge piece of the mane, so we had to switch out for the dinosaur head necklace. I think I will order the highest toughness level the next time (you never know what is going to work until you try it!).
