We purchased "Gemma" dinning room chairs online in March 2021 in the hope these chairs would arrive 8-12 weeks later. I had been shopping for a while so I was delighted to say the least find something that would match my interiors. I was so excited with my new purchase. We are still waiting for them almost 15 months later!!. The company informed us via email that these chairs would not be arriving due to Shipping and container issues with no other details or phone calls at the time to elaborate. It got to December after further emails of "ongoing" delays again with the same issues. There was no effort from the company to chase these issues up. I understood at the time covid was causing delays and I would have to wait, I had been very patient. January then came and again further delays, this time I was starting to get annoyed as again there was absolutely no effort made for anyone to contact me other than via email to offer me alternative chairs, nothing like what I had originally ordered, I had to contact customer services and eventually after threatening to complain I spoke to one of the managers. He was very pleasant and explained the problems. So it was decided between us that he would supply us with a refund and he would hold our deposit incase the chairs arrived, or if I found alternative chairs elsewhere he would refund the holding fee, again I was given an approximate arrival time of march. At this point I knew with them giving me my refund I would have now been forgotten about. Out of principle I gave them the benefit of the doubt once again. I haven't heard anything from the company since. It is now June and I am absolutely furious with the way this has been handled after waiting 15 months for dinning room chairs it's appalling and going forward I will definitely not be recommending this company or having any further dealings with them. I feel for a company that strive on performance as a family run business they have well and truly 100% failed on all aspec...

Delivered on time, the delivery team were very careful bringing it in. They had to bring it in through the bifolds at the back. Can’t fault anything!
