We like ordering from Arbor Scientific. Over the years, I've slowly been adding to our classroom collection of supplies with items from Arbor Scientific. They offer unique, yet practical pieces that are helpful for students understanding more about the world around them. Sales team was great, technical support didn't seem to undertsand that iron in the clamp jaws was a show-stopper. We even tried using thick-walled plastic pipe between the clamp and the clear plastic tube, to no avail.

Great distances achieved with this
Great distances achieved with this rocket. Very consistent. I was happy to see the 3D printed parts and used them to show my students what can be done with our 3D printers in our Maker Space class.

Had to return because item I ordered it to go with was broken and I returned it. Customer service was wonderful. Would buy from their company again. Quick refund.

Needs improvement re: receipts
Website is easy enough to use but I can't get a proper paid receipt invoice from the site. I think Arbor should email a receipt when they charge my credit card without my having to request it each time. School orders obviously will require a receipt because we are spending public funds. Or, put a button in the User's account that allows us to print one.

Arbor’s products are great. Elegantly and efficiently designed, easy to use, technically sound and adequately explained in the instructional manuals. Everything that I have purchased has been useful for my classroom and would serve hobbyists well too.
