Had to return because item I ordered it to go with was broken and I returned it. Customer service was wonderful. Would buy from their company again. Quick refund.

Website is easy enough to use but I can't get a proper paid receipt invoice from the site. I think Arbor should email a receipt when they charge my credit card without my having to request it each time. School orders obviously will require a receipt because we are spending public funds. Or, put a button in the User's account that allows us to print one.

Arbor’s products are great. Elegantly and efficiently designed, easy to use, technically sound and adequately explained in the instructional manuals. Everything that I have purchased has been useful for my classroom and would serve hobbyists well too.

Everything was as ordered and worth the price!

The only issue I had with my last order was the condition of the plastic rack that holds the wieghts with hooks. The rack is cracked and the top separates from the bottom. The actual product is fine.

Dimensions of the items would be helpful. It is difficult to know how large an item is or isn't from a picture. Indicating which items are compatible with each other would be beneficial.
