I tried to contact customer support several times to see about getting one of these replaced under warranty since my bag is under a year old. Zero response. Then I noticed how much it was going to cost to ship this small part to Canada, which was the equivalent of buying 10 of these accessory kits in Shipping alone.

Do NOT trust this website. Aqua bag will take your hard earned $ money and NOT deliver the merchandise.

I never got my order. This was a horrible experience. No professionalism at all.
