I own an Aqua Bag 120lb in bad boy blue. My plug to seal the bag broke. I reached out to customer service to see if I could receive a plug. I received a response the next day asking for my address to send one out for free, amazing right?! For the next 4 weeks I have emailed them over 5 times asking for confirmation that this piece was in fact shipped out. Low and behold I receive an email today telling me that the plug is back in stock and I can simply purchase it from the website. Still never answered if the piece was shipped out or not. 4 weeks of checking my mail waiting to get this piece to not even be told if it was sent or not and that now I have to purchase it. Ridiculous
