Received only to read that the assembly is for a 1/2” shower arm. I have 3/4”, and no adapter is provided. This was not mentioned in any description. Makes all the talk of ‘easy installation’ seem disingenuous if you don’t/won’t provide an adapter.

I bought one for my shower, then the refill cartridge. Liked it so much got one for the guest shower. I get the kind that is installed between your water supply pipe and the shower head you own. I have never had any trouble with leaks or changing out the cartridges and the water scale build up is reduced to almost nothing. So I know it does good things for my skin and body too. I also just bought one for a friend too. This is a great product.

THIS SHOWER HEAD FILTRATION WAS EVERYTHING OUR FAMILY NEEDED. IMMEDIATELY NOTICED IMPROVEMENTS IN OUR SKIN AND HAIR HEALTH. ONLY ISSUE IS NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE THE CUSTOMERS PROVIDED FREE SHOWER HEAD FILTER AS PROMISED WITH OUR ORDER!

Not only did this change my skin, hair, and nails it makes me feel good knowing my kids have good water to shower in my husband loves it as well remember your skin absorbs everything thank you for a great product!

This is by far the best, customer service, in replacing an item that I’ve ever experienced. All companies should take a lesson on how to give good customer service from this company. The handle broke on my handheld shower unit and within a day they had a new one shipped out to me. My water quality is so much better with this filtration system as we had a hard water and it was harsh on our hair and skin. We can’t believe the difference in using this unit. Great for improving your overall health with water quality. 10 stars to these guys!!!

First of all, I love the shower head/filtration system. When I went to replace the filter, I wanted to thoroughly clean the head and it did not come apart (6mos). I contacted their customer service, the response was very quick with suggestions for soaking, etc. No luck. I wrote back to say thanks and order another one, and was told they would replace mine without charge. Pretty awesome all around. Thank you!

Amazing, unbelievable didn’t think that they would. I told the company, what happened and they resolved it within minutes by replacing what was damaged. Great customer service. will indeed recommend to others. P.S The products are amazing..

Best product!! This is the best shower head. The pressure is perfect, east to assemble, the filters make the water better, especially if you have sensitive skin! They have the best customer service!!! This is my 3rd time buying from them (upgrades) and will not be out last!

This product is amazing! I felt the difference immediately after installation. I could even smell the difference! I live in an old building and often times the water from the shower would smell citrusy and would leave a yellow stain around the drain. I have not had that issue since using this product! I'm getting one for my parents for Christmas without a doubt!

We purchased the 20 Stage Handheld with Filter Shower Head + Vitamin C +E +A × 1. We ended up not using the handheld part. We needed to insert the medium stopper and the water flow is perfect. I can already feel a difference in my hair and skin.

My roommate got this and saw immediate improvement - no more mineral deposits on shower, acne, etc. Just ordered this for myself and can’t wait to use it.

The shower head is good and I have used for two years so far. I do wish the Handheld Shower head was not so big and bulky. It’s to big and heavy for my 80 year old mother who suffers from multiple strokes.

I've been using these filers for about a year, and you can tell the difference between using the filtered water and the general hard water.
