Communication with ordering samples and the product we decided on was great however the website was never once updated with the shipping status. It remained “order was received” all the way up until after delivery of the product.

I ordered from the store because I could not find any one and a half inch tiles. I am working on a mosaic project and when I received these tiles I was so happy. They are gorgeous. I will definitely be ordering from the store in the future if I need more.

There are so many options of different kinds of tile to choose from. Once we selected and ordered ours, we received it within 1 week. Everything was well packed and no broken tile.

We purchased the Crimson Reef, Hexagon Mosaic Glass Tile. Based on the size specifications we believed we were buying 1" size. It turned out to be 1. 25". When I called, I was told that size applied to the square tiles. How am I supposed to know that when it clearly said Hexagon tile? Anyway just disappointed that it did not work out. Back to the search.

Iv been working on a large backyard project and had picked several tiles to show to my clients for their large pool that’s being completely remodeled and have had to cancel to meeting due to your tiles not showing up. I was waiting for the last of the samples to arrive yesterday and again for the third time only one sample has arrived. Very disappointed! Rick Jordan

I ordered tile for two bathrooms and a complete rebuild of the pool at our beach house in the Caribbean, including grout and adhesive. Several exchanges with sales and support were required to meet my requirements and match available supplies. Great service. When everything gets there, I'll update.

There was a simple error in advertising on the website so the wrong item got delivered. The issue was corrected quickly and to an outcome that was even better than was expected.
