I found a mosaic decorative tile that I had some teak chairs that the manufacturer use this tile for a decoration with the first order I received had a damaged tile in. I notified aqua blue and without question they informed me that a replacement tile was on its way I received it only 2 days later. Accidents happen and this is a great company to deal with.
