I ordered four tubs of epoxy grout to use in my outside water fountain. I have cobalt blue tile and selected AquaBlu because their Lapis Blue grout seemed to exactly match my tile. When it arrived, it was decidedly aqua and not at all a match. No sure if I can return this and get my money back. Very disappointed.

Happy with the products and the prompt delivery and communications. I do wish the site had more functionality, like product comparisons.

Selection is excellent. Samples are pricy shipping is high. Other companies offer much more reasonable sample with shipping included. Very Inconsistent with samples. Some samples were inadequate. Packing was absurd on some. Had to be cut out of deep spray foam.

I needed to order more samples of a newer product as there are not any pics of it used at this point. The rep I spoke with was extremely helpful & understanding. She sent samples out right away! The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The sample tile arrived in a very timely manner. I’ll be calling the company tomorrow to get some more information on supplying this tile to Southern California.
