Beautiful tiles. Easily able to order what I wanted. Order arrived a few days later, very well packed. No breakage.

I needed to order more samples of a newer product as there are not any pics of it used at this point. The rep I spoke with was extremely helpful & understanding. She sent samples out right away! I'm really hoping one of the two water line tiles (each 6x24) will work bc I really want to deal with this company! Audrey

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The sample tile arrived in a very timely manner. I’ll be calling the company tomorrow to get some more information on supplying this tile to Southern California.

good color, some of the edge tiles arrived cracked, or broken. Should not be an issue with the necessary cutting needed for this project.

You have an absolutely wonderfully brilliant, amazing employee in Christina Damron! This process for me was seamless because of her diligent and prompt responses to any questions I had! She was also just as diligent and expedient when it came to filling out a damage form when some of my tiles were broken! Eternally grateful for her customer service!!

I absolutely love the tile! I purchased the 6x6 Aqua and 6x6 Steel Blue. They look amazing next to my coping and Blue Surf pebblesheen! Received the 6x6 Steel Blue yesterday and over half the tiles are broken in one box. That was disappointing and the only reason for 3*’s. The store and customer service (Christina specifically) 5*’s hands down! Hoping the shipment for my Aqua tile comes in better shape as that shipment has more.

Beautiful tiles

Getting many compliments on the color of the grout I purchased. My second order was found to be an empty box at the carriers location. I was told I had to file a claim even though I never even received it at my location. I was glad that they were able to cover the replacement. I have started another tile project and will be needing more of the same soon.

Tile was in perfect shape when delivered . There wasn’t any broken ones
