Overall, great!
I purchased replacement columns for an oxygen concentrator. All-in-all, everything went very well. The item arrived on time and in good condition. My only gripe is that I had to call to get the anticipated delivery date rather than being advised via email or text. Still, I would do business with Apria again. The customer service reps were very helpful and friendly!

I was desperate because my insurance took the cpap because of none complaints, they never told me that I have a tracking device nor that they were monitoring me despite that I had mentioned to one of representative that I wasn't able to use the machine when I'm sick because I feel like suffocating. The company that my insurance provides offers to sell the cpap for around $2,600. 00 or rent it for about $240 plus per month. I contacted Apria and from the first person to the last, they were very professional and guided me through this hard time for what I got a great price, amazing services, and a lasting gratitude towards everyone who helped me. Thank you 🙏. Please, keep helping others the way you helped me. God bless you all.

The website advertises 30 day guarantee and this is not true. I reached out for a refund and was told my items were not eligible due to them being open. One of the packages isn’t even open. I sent a separate email explaining that and it was ignored. Did not appreciate the misleading info.
