The shopping experience online for apparel is atrocious!!!! The filtering is terrible!!

I'm sure it's not peloton apparel's fault but rather DHL's fault - -but maybe choose a shipper who will be reliable. I still haven't gotten the bra. I have written two times and haven't heard back from Peloton even though my case has been 'escalated'. I know I will like the bra once I get it because I have another one I bought in person. But the shipping is a real issue.

Paid $25 for expedited 2-day shipping because I was going out of town and the shorts were a gift. Peloton sent them ground shipping from PA to CA and they arrived about a week too late. Careless. I spent 40 min on the phone trying to correct it and all I got was the extra shipping cost refunded and blame placed on USPS.

I have been a regular customer of the Dreamblend line. It appears that you are discontinuing the line. And you are emphasizing products that loudly read "PELOTON". It is not my job to advertise for you. Nor is it my job to wear your disappointing non-Dreamblend products.
