I love the quality of the apparel from Peloton but I do wish they had a better process for returns. It would be great to be able to do exchanges without the restocking fee as many other online clothing companies do. If a size isn't right it's necessary to return, pay the restocking fee and re-order. Would be nice if exchange was part of the return process making it easier to get sizes corrected if needed. I understand a restocking fee if items are returned outright but just think exchanges should be handled differently if it's due to sizing.
