We used these products in a hotel so knew they were really good. A bit wary about ordering as I wanted some products for my daughters Christmas present and wasn't sure I would receive them in time. I needn't have worried, it took less than 2 weeks to reach me from USA to UK. The products were really well wrapped and I was kept up to date of its progress throughout its journey so I knew exactly when it was going to be delivered. Very satisfied with my purchases

My only complaint was that the shampoo bottle wasn’t fully sealed so it had leaked inside the plastic wrap/box. I don’t think a lot came out but I could definitely smell it when I opened the box. Other than that I love the product. The scent is fantastic.

Rewards program should be updated to use more than $40 at a time. I purchase $500 at a time and $40 savings isn’t helpful
