Honestly had one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. I bought Simnet pedals while they were on back order. Apex communicated with me the whole time. Once they received them they were shipped fast. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I bought a sim dash a week before they went on sale. Wish I would have known and save 125.

Shipping and communication was very good for my order. I ordered a button box that had brass nut inserts in the back panel. The inserts look like they are installed similar to a rivert. On one of the nut inserts the threads were damaged, but I was able to use a thread tap and make it work. Probably not Apex's fault, but not great quality assurance somewhere along the line.
