Shout out to Apex Customer Support! I had returned a new, unopened Simagic shifter for store credit. However I was unable to purchase a Simagic wheelbase & wheel combo while the holiday sale was still in effect, using that credit (as Apex something about a payment system snafu on their end, regarding sale items and refunds). Anyway, I contacted Apex CS though their Support chat, They understood the situation and manually took care of my refund, applied the credit and completed my purchase in minutes. Then a week later Santa's sleigh arrived here with the new Evo Pro and Neo X Rally wheel, just in time for Christmas! As a previous Apex customer, I'm a very happy camper. They've proven that they take good care of their customers. Outstanding customer service!

After I ordered the product to send to my son in another state,I received an email stating that they wanted a picture ID over the internet to verify the purchase. I have never heard of this before and thought that it was a scam. After attempting to track the item, I contacted the company. I advised them that there was no way I was providing this information on line and was able to give them adequate information to verify the purchase.

Customer service was fast and helpful. I had a question about a product i ordered that was taking a while but was out of stock and they got back to me within hours and sent over stickers and a pack of gummy bears!
