Honestly a pretty awful experience.
Honestly a pretty awful experience. If it wasn't for how friendly the customer service people were I would have lost my fuckin mind. I'll never order from apex sim racing again. Probably tell everyone I know not to as well. Multiple wrong parts. I even double checked with customer service to make sure that the contents of my shopping cart was all I need to get going. Instructions unclear or completely absent with the simagic products. I understand that's not on apex sim racing. Again the customer service was great, but there is definitely a disconnect between the customer service and the products. Do not recommend.

I have contacted their support on one occasion, and they got back to me within 24 hours with real human support seeking to clarify my needs and issues. Some sim racing venders seem to approach support with an "no refunds" attitude no matter what your question. Apex gave courteous and meaningful answers to all my questions. Also, living in California, their shipping is fast and free!
