I found Apex after another retailer had let me down, cancelling my order last minute - Apex Sim Racing were super responsive to my enquiry on their stock availability, upgraded my order to next day delivery to ensure it reached me in time, and kept me personally updated by text throughout. My order arrived so carefully and thoughtfully packaged - the candy and stickers were a lovely touch! Apex truly saved the day. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Great communication and fast shipping. The Neo wheel is an excellent addition to my ecosystem. Be warned that if you are using SimHub Controller Mapping, you will need the Maglink cable with this wheel (at least with the Simagic Alpha base).
