My pair of glasses came in earlier than I expected, awesome job. The tracking was fantastic, and the packaging means business. With the glasses coming inside a semi hard leather case, inside of a box, inside of another box, theses glasses you spent good money on are not coming to you damaged, great job AO!

The frames are amazing. I wish there was an option to just buy frames without shade lenses—I need prescriptions in all my glasses. These are the most sturdy frames I’ve ever owned. Also, it’d be nice to get a hard, non crushable case with these frames. The case provided does not seem like it will protect the expensive frames I just bought—in fact one wrong placement in a big bag feels like it will be a disaster. I just wish they had stronger cases. That and it would be nice to have an option to just buy the frames are my two biggest complaints. I bought two Saratoga frames in different colors—one for glasses one for shades. I’m giving them four stars because the case sucks.

Customer service was excellent. I would buy from AO again, no hesitation.

The American Optical experience is outstanding. The on-line ordering from the American Optical web-site was very easy and my Original Pilot Sunglasses were shipped the same day and I was wearing them three days after I ordered them and the shipping was FREE. Great Sunglasses, outstanding service and Free shipping. What is not to like!!
