I got a paper from anydate for my grandpa's 80th birthday and I had originally requested the wrong date and they kindly corrected it without any issues. He loved it!

My friend purchased the New York Times birthday book and it included a few extra historic front pages (i.e. sinking of the Titanic). That was the biggest draw for me, so being from California, I purchased the Los Angeles Times hoping to get something similar, but sadly, no extra "fun" pages. Just the birthday pages. It's still an excellent gift, and beautifully binded, but I was really bummed out the LA Times didn't include the extra pages. :(

The staff members were very communicative, but ultimately were unable to deliver a local or even a regional newspaper to fulfill my order, which was very important to me. They default to the NYT rather than doing real research. That works fine for most people, but my recipient is the son of a former newspaper editor. For the cost, I expected better research skills and results. I opted to cancel my order rather than settle.
